By decision of 12 June 2024, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) opened bankruptcy proceedings against FlowBank SA (the Bank) with effect from 13 June 2024 at 8:00 a.m. As a consequence, the FINMA withdrew the license of the Bank as bank and securities dealer.

The FINMA appointed Walder Wyss SA, succursale de Genève, 14 rue du Rhône, P.O Box, 1211 Geneva 3 as bankruptcy liquidators (the Liquidators). The place of jurisdiction for the bankruptcy is the Bank’s head office in Geneva.

The commercial activities of the Bank stopped at the opening of the bankruptcy. The Bank is no longer authorised to carry out banking transactions or to act as securities dealer. In this regard, all payments, purchases and sales of securities cannot longer be made. The Bank and its governing bodies are strictly prohibited from carrying out any legal act without the approval of the Liquidators.

The purpose of this site is to provide the clients, suppliers and stakeholders of FlowBank, as well as the general public, access to the latest information concerning the status of the Bank in the most transparent way possible.

Cessation des opérations bancaires à compter du 30 juin 2025

Le liquidateur vous informe que toutes les opérations bancaires de FlowBank SA, en liquidation (FlowBank) cesseront définitivement à compter du 30 juin 2025, dans le cadre de la procédure de faillite en cours.

À partir de cette date, toutes les transactions (i.e. transferts du solde en espèces pour les comptes 001 et 099 et des titres restants sur le compte 099) seront effectuées manuellement. Ces opérations prendront ainsi plus de temps que d’ordinaire.

Le liquidateur attire votre attention sur le fait que la cessation des opérations bancaires n’a aucun impact sur les créances colloquées des clients ni sur celles des autres créanciers.

Veuillez noter également que le support téléphonique client de FlowBank sera fermé à compter de cette date. Toute demande devra être adressée exclusivement par courriel à l’adresse officielle suivante : project-liquidateurfb@walderwyss.com.

Cette mesure s’inscrit dans le cadre du processus de liquidation en cours et ne nécessite aucune action de votre part.

Termination of Banking Operations as of 30 June 2025

The liquidator informs you that that all banking operations of FlowBank will cease permanently as of 30 June 2025, in the context of the ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.

Following this date, all transactions (i.e. transfers of cash balances from accounts 001 and 099and of remaining securities) will be carried out manually. These processes will therefore take longer than usual.

The liquidator would like to draw your attention to the fact that the termination of banking operations will have no impact on the admitted claims of customers or other creditors.

In addition, the telephone customer support of FlowBank will be closed as of that date. Any request must be submitted exclusively by email to the official address: project-liquidateurfb@walderwyss.com.

This measure is part of the ongoing liquidation process and no action is required on your part.

Einstellung des Bankgeschäftes ab dem 30. Juni 2025

Die Liquidatorin teilt Ihnen mit, dass sämtliche Bankgeschäfte der FlowBank im Rahmen des laufenden Konkursverfahrens ab dem 30. Juni 2025 endgültig eingestellt werden.

Ab diesem Zeitpunkt werden alle Transaktionen (z.B. die Übertragungen von Barguthaben der Konten 001 und 099 und der verbleibenden Wertpapiere) manuell abgewickelt. Diese Vorgänge werden entsprechend mehr Zeit als üblich in Anspruch nehmen.

Der Liquidator weist Sie darauf hin, dass die Einstellung des Bankgeschäfts keine Auswirkungen auf die anerkannten Forderungen der Kunden und anderer Gläubiger hat.

Bitte beachten Sie zudem, dass der telefonische Kundendienst ab diesem Datum eingestellt wird. Anfragen sind ausschließlich per E-Mail an die offizielle Adresse zu richten: project-liquidateurfb@walderwyss.com.

Diese Massnahme erfolgt im Rahmen des laufenden Liquidationsverfahrens und erfordert keine weiteren Schritte von Ihrer Seite.
